Fresno MLS Search

Please use the form below to search the Fresno MLS for homes for sale. Feel free to come back as often as you like… I provide this tool for FREE to visitors who want to search homes for sale without having to login or give personal information. The data you will find is for “Active” homes that are currently for sale on the market… the data is REAL TIME and the actual data I use every day as a Fresno Realtor.
If you search for a specific address of a home that has a “for sale” sign in the front yard and does not show up in this search, it is because it is no longer “Active” for sale and more than likely in escrow with an accepted offer. If a home is in “Backup” status it means the seller has an accepted offer but is still interested in receiving backup offers. If you want current status and more details for any home on the market for sale, don’t hesitate to contact me direct at 559-325-4590.

If for some reason you cannot find a home that has a for sale sign but is not showing up in this search, it is because the home is NO LONGER "Active" for sale but most likely has an accepted offer. Contact a Realtor to help you get the exact status and details for homes that are no longer listed as "Active" for sale on the Fresno MLS.
Fresno MLS Search Tips
Some tips to help you with your search include getting a clear idea of exactly what you are looking for in your next home and make sure that you do not compromise when starting your search. If you need a 4 bedroom and 3 bath home make sure you are inputting these as minimum or exact search criteria when searching the Fresno MLS. If you are only approved up to $200,000 then you should only look for homes for sale no more than $210,000 which is 10% above asking price. Most sellers will not sell for lower than 90% of their list price especially when their listing price is already at fair market value. Not to mention, if you are looking at higher priced homes the price range you can afford will begin to disappoint you.
A word of caution when searching on the Fresno MLS for your next home is to NOT search with broad criteria giving you 100's of homes to review. Many people say they "want to see them all" but in reality they quickly get overwhelmed and burned out from the process due to the volume of homes available to review.
The best approach to searching the Fresno MLS is to start with a very refined and specific search with as many details as possible. Think about the location you want, your price range, how many beds/baths, the size of the home, the size of the lot, yes/no for a pool, etc, etc. Then, if your search doesn't return any matches you can modify your search moving slowly towards a more general/broad search.
Don't take the FUN out of finding your next home by searching so general and broad, set it to be specific to your needs and wants.
Trust me, it will make your experience in finding your next home a lot more enjoyable!
Take Care!
